At JWAALA, we believe proper care enhances the life, feel, and elegance of every garment. Follow these guidelines to maintain your pieces beautifully:

Cotton

- Wash: Machine wash in cold/warm water (30°C–40°C)

- Dry: Air dry or tumble dry on low

- Iron: Medium heat

Silk

- Wash: Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent or dry clean

- Dry: Lay flat to dry, do not wring

- Iron: Low heat or steam

Georgette

- Wash: Hand wash in cold water or dry clean

- Dry: Hang or lay flat to dry

- Iron: Low heat with cloth or steam

Chiffon

- Wash: Hand wash in cold water or dry clean

- Dry: Lay flat or hang to dry

- Iron: Low heat with cloth barrier

Satin

- Wash: Hand wash in cold water or gentle machine wash

- Dry: Air dry, avoid wringing

- Iron: Low heat on reverse side

Wool

- Wash: Hand wash or dry clean

- Dry: Lay flat, reshape while drying

- Iron: Low heat with steam

Linen

- Wash: Gentle machine wash in cold water

- Dry: Air dry or tumble dry low

- Iron: High heat while slightly damp

Denim

- Wash: Machine wash inside-out in cold water

- Dry: Air dry or tumble dry low

- Iron: Medium heat if required

Note

- Slight color variation may occur due to lighting and screen settings

- Always wash dark and light colors separately

• Exchanges will not be accepted for used or customer-damaged products
